All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will be notified when your order has been shipped. Delivery time and shipping charges depend on your location. Orders are handed over to your local delivery company, so please write your address as they know. We also ask for a phone number, so that delivery companies can reach you if necessary.
Tracking:
In most cases you will have a tracking number that starts with LA or 3S. You can easily track your order at this website if you did not receive your tracking e-mail correctly.
Customs and tax
European Union
If you live within the European Union, then our shop will automatically calculate the correct sales tax rate (VAT) in the checkout since July 1st 2021. You will also not have to pay any tax or import duties when receiving your order.
Rest of the world
If you do not live in the European Union, then our shop will not charge you any sales tax (VAT). You are responsible for any tax or customs duties that your own country is charging you when receiving products from outside of the country. We are not responsible for any of these customs charges or duties.
